Yoga Playgrounds
Our classes combine individual and group poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities and creative relaxation to promote strength, resiliency, awareness, self regulation and positivity. We keep our classes fun, engaging and age appropriate by weaving in games, stories, music and props. Classes are offered during and after the school day in daycares, preschools and elementary schools. Due to small class sizes, classes often fill quickly and we highly recommend registering early.
Winter registration is open! For winter registration, visit the Yoga Playgrounds website.
